RETURN
A seven-month, high-touch partnership designed to support you through the full return-to-activity process.
RETURN is for the one who doesn’t simply want to complete rehabilitation or become pain-free.
They want to return to a specific sport, adventure, activity, competition, or way of living.
They want to ski again.
They want to run the race.
They want to return to climbing.
They want to hike without hesitation.
They want to show their kids that they can prioritize their health.
They want to lift at their previous level.
They want to compete, train, explore, and trust their body again.
The program is completed in three distinct phases:
-
The first month includes the comprehensive assessment that anchors every Breakout offer.
This is an evaluation of the client’s current condition, history, movement patterns, physical capacity, goals, and the specific demands of the activity they want to return to.
From there, we create a personalized pathway forward together.
-
The next three months focus on building the strength, mobility, capacity, confidence, and physical readiness required for the client’s goal.
-
During the final three months, the client is actively returning to the activity.
They are skiing, hiking, running, lifting, climbing, training, racing, or competing. I will be supporting them while they are doing the thing they came to Breakout to do.
This allows me to observe how the client responds outside of a controlled rehabilitation environment and make adjustments based on real performance.
The full Return experience includes:
- A blend of in-person and virtual sessions - flexible based on the client's schedule
- Monthly dedicated meetings
- More in-person support during the early phases
- More virtual support as the client progresses into active performance
- Personalized strength and mobility programming
- Manual therapy when appropriate
- Check-ins between sessions
- Ongoing program adjustments
- High levels of month-to-month customization
- Support during the actual return-to-activity phase
-
Return is not a package of appointments.
It is a seven-month partnership designed to carry someone from their current limitation through preparation and into sustained participation in the activity that matters to them.
-
$4,000, over 7 months
(payment plan available)
